There is noone I know who doesn’t love pizza. Me and my husband Mike are no different. We love pizza, but in our own way.
From time to time we eat pizza (or eat generally) in a restaurant, but I when I order proscutto pizza, I expect to be there proscutto, not the cheapest ham, when I order mushroom pizza, I want more then just 10 paper thin slices of 1/2 of mushroom. So we usually make our pizza own at home, and there is satisfaction guaranteed.
Lately, I found this recipe at Domisha’s channel and I decided to try this no flour version of pizza.
To be honest, me and Mike suck at making pizza dough. Everytime we tried it was a disaster, so when we occasionally make our own pizza, we use pre made dough. So I was happy to go without flour this time. It’s not only easy and quick, but light and healthy. I think we have a win-win here!
No flour cauliflower pizza
For „dough“ I used:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cauliflower
- 110 g Edam cheese
For topping I used what I had in the fridge:
- sauce (sour creme, garlic, oregano, tomato powder)
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour it in to baking tray.
2. It took my owen 40 minutes until it was ready for the topping, however Domisha was faster. (It always takes my owen ages!)
3. After I put the topping on and additional 20 minutes No Flour Cauliflower Pizza was ready!
